The requirement for this project called for a complete 3D CAD model, to enable a smooth & efficient refit & refurbishment purposes

After performing a full photogrammetry site scan & survey, Offset constructed the 3D model using our own Magan technology. The model was accurate to +/- 5mm overall but greater accuracy was implemented in key, customer-specified sections of the model. This included flange tie-in points, which were surveyed individually, and were represented in the model at a tolerance of just +/- 2mm.

The site survey took 18 man days to complete on site, with the 3D modelling taking 40 office-based man days including the very high level of details at the flange tie in points and spool routing.
