Offset Services offer an asset capture service, worldwide, providing organisations with brownfield as-built CAD data, data that is accurate and complete. Using photagrammetry to record current conditions, a graphical representation of the assets is then available to decision-makers ahead of revamp projects, data that can reduce down-time and can be used to anticipate problems before any physical changes are made. Various modules and options are available as part of the Smart Images solution.
Utilising the data from a Smart Image survey, Offset can produce accurate 3D models of any plant. The data can be to and from an organisation's existing CAD products, and is accurate to at least ±5mm as standard. If required, accuracy to ±2mm can be achieved on key components.
