Chemistry Pilot Plant - UK.The aim of this project was to photograph and model an extremely congested chemistry R&D facility that included a large proportion of glass pipework. The model was then used for demolition and refit sequences.
Ineos Chlor - Aston Dane - Runcorn - UKSeveral projects have now been undertaken at this site, with Offset being asked to return on a number of occasions. Offset work closely with the client to produce as-builts and fabrication verification services.

Power Plant Components.3D PDMS models were produced of skid based powergeneration components before delivery to site. The model is then used to verify connection details prior to fitting and as delivery asbuilt documentation.

Amines Plant UK.This PDMS 3D model was produced for a major refit project. Only predefined areas of the plant were modelled, speeding up 3D model delivery and slashing design costs.
Biocide Plant.Photogrammetry was used to produce 3D asbuilts, enabling rapid design and resulting in lower costs through reduced site rework.

Whiskey Distillery.The exact shape of a whiskey still needed to be recreated during replacement. Offset provided asbuilt models of the still, which were used to load a CNC machine with data, which in turn was used to machine a wooden blank for the coppersmith.
